Senior Product Designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the endtoend design process for new product features and enhancements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand requirements
• Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Translate complex concepts into simple elegant user interfaces
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design HCI or related field
• 5 years of experience in product design with a focus on UI/UX
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of frontend development languages (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
