Job Description

Panaz is an awardwinning market marketleading designer and supplier of textiles for hospitality healthcare and workspace customers (B2B).

We are looking to expand our Burnley team who are onsite from 08:30 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:00 on Fridays (37.5 hours per week).

This is an interesting and varied role to

  • Provide expert textiles advice to our existingcustomer base by email and phone.
  • Youll partner with an external Sales Manager to collaborate on customer account growth and sales opportunities. As such you will share a bonus scheme which is linked to territory sales.
  • You will play a central role in ensuring the business continues to deliver the levels of customer service that we arefamous for as such the role can involve liaising internally with other departments such as warehouse and production to be able to handle the more bespoke aspects of our customer needs.
  • To process multiline orders in our bespoke IT system.
  • To use the CRM database to record customer details.
  • To coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on time delivery of fabrics.
  • To ensure sales orders are accurately prepared and dispatched.
  • To onboard new customer accounts and record patterns and leads using our CRM.

To be successful in this role you will need to be

  • An experienced administrator and able to navigate complexity with ease.
  • Keen to develop in a warm sales capacity.
  • Tech savvy as some of our systems are bespoke and involve multiprocess solutions.
  • Able to navigate and gatherknowledge of a wide range of products and services offered by Panaz the role will include full training on products and textiles and in time you will be expected to become a gotofabric expert.
