UI/UX Developer with Strong Skills in HTML5 JavaScript Java CSS AJAX

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with a strong foundation in HTML5 JavaScript Java CSS and AJAX to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences across web applications.

As a UI/UX Developer you will collaborate closely with product managers designers and software engineers to translate design mockups and requirements into interactive and responsive frontend solutions.

Familiarity with WCAG is a must.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement user interfaces and experiences for web applications using HTML5JavaScript Java CSS and AJAX.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate design concepts and requirements into functional and userfriendly interfaces.

Create wireframes working prototypes and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.

Optimize frontend performance and user experience through efficient code responsive design and browser compatibility.

Implement interactive features and dynamic content using JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement best practices for accessibility and usability.

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon UI/UX designs.

Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing frontend development projects.

Proficiency in HTML5 JavaScript Java CSS and AJAX with a solid understanding of web standards and best practices.

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) is a plus.

Strong visual design skills and attention to detail with the ability to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.

Must be well versed with WCAG2.0/3.0 guidelines.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a passion for usercentered design.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate ideas and concepts clearly.

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile development methodologies is desirable.

Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g. Sketch Adobe XD Figma) is a plus.

Experience in Localization is a plus.

Having previous experience with Health Insurance organizations is a plus.
