- Perform daily inventoryrelated duties at the local and regional levels including monitoring and analyzing stock receipts delivery and shipping activities.
- Collaborate closely with the demand planning team to forecast inventory needs and facilitate purchase planning.
- Improve the supply chain capabilities for used devices to enhance fulfillment processes and address potential challenges related to switch products more effectively.
- Oversee inventory tracking systems and manual controls to ensure realtime data accuracy transparency and address stock shortages.
- Establish a comprehensive matrix for both online and offline inventory to streamline the service request process and monitor suspicious service requests.
- Lead and guide the inventory team and warehouse staff to successfully achieve set objectives.
- Propose effective strategies and countermeasures for operational improvements and risk mitigation.
- Generate reports on inventory levels Supply Chain Finance stock count and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the finance department to investigate identify and report the causes of stock reconciliation issues.
- Produce management reports outlining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Asset Management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate closely with the Repair Manager and Warehouse Vendor to coordinate refurbishment activities ensuring the fulfillment mix target is met each month.
- Take the lead in planning and executing the timely liquidation of assets according to a consistent schedule.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews of warehouse vendors and their stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 35 years of work experience preferably in warehouse and inventory management.
- Have experience in forecasting and planning.
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment independently with a customerfocused resultsoriented and disciplined approach.
- Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to take on challenges multitask plan effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit proficient written and oral communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Require excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Capable of following operational procedures and formulating strategic plans to ensure adherence to departmental standards.
- Able to operate within information technology (IT) systems to oversee material control and track and record communications.
- Capable of developing or updating inventory operating strategies plans or procedures.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with the ability to effectively oversee and manage multiple accounts and partners concurrently. Additional experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail sector is preferred. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in securing account deals and acquisitions. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
