We are currently looking for a motivated candidate for the Pleven factory to join us for the position of:
Payroll and Administration specialist based in Pleven
Location: Pleven city work 100% on site
The role:
- Handling new hires terminations corrections data changes payroll raises deductions bonuses benefits updating the internal Masterfile and internal staff data software.
- Maintaining personnel files with completeness of required documents according to local legislation and internal company rules
- Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll data adequate internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and local legislation
- Continuously improve payroll policies procedures and administrative processes
- Provide regular and adhoc reports graphs and analysis KPI calculation in Excel provisioning recaps
- Verifying monthly schedules and maintaining Attendance form 76
- Assist with internal and external HR audits act as advisor on employment law and social security issues
- Responsible for updates of internal HR management systems organizational charts etc.
- General administrative activities such as: issuing service notes preparing training certificates assisting with visa applications
- handling declarations 1 and 6
- Communication with relevant state institutions (National Revenue Agency National Insurance Institute National Statistical Institute etc.) Labor Inspection etc.
- Energetic and curious personality who is not afraid to follow up ask check able to make changes in his/her schedule depending on the workload open to acquiring new knowledge and skills to keep up with the fast changing modern environment
- Confidence diplomacy ability to be cooperative and positive with staff or handle objections depending on the situation
- Supports the activities of other HR staff in their absence to ensure interchangeability within the team
- Participate in the annual staff cost budgeting process
- Reports to the Head of Human Resources at UniPOS Ltd and at group level to Consilium Safety
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree or similar qualification in Human Resources Business Administration Finance Accounting or equivalent professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with legislation related to wages compensation benefits including income tax employment insurance pension plan employment standards and employment benefits and packages tax benefits etc.
- Experience with international accounting standards and annual closing
- Strong analytical skills innovative and proactive thinking ability to offer suggestions for improvements regarding HR performance
- Team player with ability to plan prioritize and work to deadlines
- Emotional intelligence ability to talk to people with a positive approach
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and English
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
- Detail oriented able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Motivated able to work in a team and independently
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
