I am currently recruiting for a x helpdesk Coordinator to join my client in Wolverhampton on a full time Permanent basis The successful candidate will work for a growing familyowned business within a friendly team and will be offered great benefits You will be joining a wellestablished and industry leading company who is committed to the development of staff

Duties

• Work on a ticketing system called Freshdesk
  
• Categorise and priorities fault and issue reports onto the inhouse system called CASH
  
• Work in a fastpaced environment speaking with different departments within the company to solve the issues
  
• Speak with engineers onsite to ensure the issues are acted on
  
• Liaise with the customers and take them through their journey with the result being the customer satisfied with their service
  
• Schedule jobs to the engineers
  
• Order parts when required by liaising with the stores team

Requirements

        Previous experience working in a fast paced environment

        Previous experience working on a help desk would be an advantage but not essential

        Experience with engineers is desirable but not essential
