The Job

• Develop work plans and recruitment strategies to ensure efficient crew deployment.
• Coordinate global mobility processes including managing logistical requirements administration and necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with offshore working conditions.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to optimize crewing operations and achieve organisational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to crew coordination activities.

The Person

• Experience in crew coordination work planning or a related field.
• Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for crew coordination and documentation management.
• Knowledge of global mobility processes and regulations is advantageous.
