The Job
- Develop work plans and recruitment strategies to ensure efficient crew deployment.
- Coordinate global mobility processes including managing logistical requirements administration and necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with offshore working conditions.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to optimize crewing operations and achieve organisational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to crew coordination activities.
The Person
- Experience in crew coordination work planning or a related field.
- Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for crew coordination and documentation management.
- Knowledge of global mobility processes and regulations is advantageous.
