We are recruiting for a first line IT Technician to work for a growing business based in Manchester The role will be working on an established helpdesk and closely with st and nd line technicians The role will be working in the office days a week and two days a week  Knowledge skills and experience a) Superior Customer Service Skills b) Able to prioritise and schedule own workload within a fastpaced environment c) Proactive and positive approach to problem solving and client interaction d) Exceptional attention to detail flexibility and uses own initiative to troubleshoot complex issues e) IT Service Desk Environment f) Networking Experience (routers switches & firewalls) Understand basic network terminology and basic network configuration g) Administering & supporting Office with hands on experience of user and license administration h) Microsoft Desktop i) Administering & supporting Microsoft Windows Server // preferably in a VMWare ESXi environment or HyperV The salary is to Negotiable The Benefits include days holiday PHI Pension Scheme Cycle to work scheme
