As a Senior Finance Advisor - Accounts Receivable, you will have the vital responsibility of leading and overseeing our client s Intercompany & AR team. Your role will encompass the selection and recruitment of team members, ensuring that you bring on board individuals who not only possess the requisite skills but also align with the companys values and goals.
- Eligibility to work in The Philippines
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- Relevant subjects such as Business, Finance, or Accountancy
- 2 years of experience supervising a team
- At least 5 years of experience working in offshore financial transactions
- Must have worked for a global services organization
- Familiarity with global payments and bank setup
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work appropriately
- Understanding of the importance of meeting SLAs
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and over Teams with individuals and with a wide variety of organizations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly
- Positive attitudes and behaviors - seeks solutions and sets standards
- Team player
- Keen interest in reporting on team performance, SLAs, and KPIs
- Knowledge of accounting
- An understanding of higher education and the needs and requirements of international students
- An interest in other nationalities and cultures.
- Experience of working in a busy accounts department
