Job Description:

As the Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the welding operations within our manufacturing facility. Your leadership and expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the production of top-notch convection box heaters while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Qualified candidates must have previous shop management experience, be able to delegate with employees, and be able to pass necessary drug screen and background requirements.
