Core Duties:
- Administrative support to Human Resources Team (including forms updates, copying, deliveries, meetings, etc.)
- Filing of all documents
- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel files
- Create new hires files
- Create file labels
- Manage & organize termination files
- Files shredding
- Copy and scan office documents to Google Drive
- Archive list of files
- Log inventory of all employee files
- Buy office supplies- put away office supplies Order materials and coffee with P Card as needed Fleet support - Assist with keys, bike and scooters Support Facilities Management special projects as needed
- Requirements:
- Ability to walk and lift boxes of no more than 20 pounds- this is not a 100% desk job, we maintain 9 buildings on campus and there is a lot of walking on some days Positive can do attitude Ability to work on projects alone after getting direction Excel skills- pivot tables, data manipulation
