Job Description: PartTime Office Assistant Staffing Agency

Job Summary:
The PartTime Office Assistant will support the daily operations of a staffing agency by performing administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detailoriented organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Assist with data entry including updating applicant and client information in the database.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Greet and assist walkin clients and job seekers.
Schedule interviews and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and send email correspondence and documents.
Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
