Summary Description: The Admin Specialist is needed to support administration tasks within Smartsheet, and SuccessFactors (SAP). The tasks include reconciling training sessions, scheduling, and auditing classes, and supporting project work and reports.
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow daily and weekly task checklist
- Reconcile training classes
- Research training inquires
- Document progress within Smartsheet
- Provide reporting to project team on project status

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
