We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Equal Opportunity Specialist to join our team remotely. This position is only open to applicants located within the United States. Responsibilities:
Develop implement and monitor equal opportunity policies and procedures
Conduct training sessions for employees on diversity and inclusion topics
Investigate and resolve complaints of discrimination or harassment
Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with EEO laws and regulations
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in creating an inclusive workplace culture
Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on diversity and inclusion issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field
Certification as an Equal Opportunity Specialist preferred
Proven experience in equal opportunity compliance and diversity initiatives
Strong knowledge of EEO laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
