Your role as an Xpert
Build a team within your district
Train and manage your own team
Close a minimum of 6 deals per month
Must have 1+ years of solar sales experience
Proven leadership abilities, including advanced communication, relationship building, training and development, and performance management skills
Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a successful solar sales team
