YOUR POSITION

• Support our legal counsel in the processing of judicial dunning procedures, lawsuits, official enquiries and the processing of objections
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day processing of receivables management in correspondence and by phone
• Draft and verify contracts as well as general terms and conditions clauses and provide up-to-date standard templates for the operative processing of objections
• Advise executives and specialist departments on legal issues and operational matters of receivables management and take over exchange and coordination with our contract lawyer in legal proceedings, special cases
• Follow the legal situation with up-to-date knowledge at all times and implement suitable solutions in the operational process (legal monitoring)

YOUR PROFILE

• First commercially related professional experience, ideally in complaint or receivables management
• Degree in law with first state examination, business law or similar legal education
• Profound knowledge of contract and general business terms as well as expertise in debt collection law (Inkassorecht) and ideally in foreclosure law (Zwangsvollstreckungsrecht)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, by telephone as well as in writing, in German and ideally also in English
• Empathic nature and solution-oriented action as well as keeping a cool head even with a full workload
• Confident handling of the MS Office package (Word and Outlook)
