Job Description:
- Elicit & document requirements by applying various techniques like meetings, group discussions etc
- PrepareURSto capture all requirements, Update URS as per review comments
- PrepareFRSwith detailed functional requirements as per the approved FRS template
- Update FRS as per review comments, Prepare RTM till FRS
- The support development team for functional clarifications
- Perform functional testing to ensure that all requirements are implemented as per requirements documents
- Perform impact analysis in terms of functionality & dependency and document the impact for each change request
- UpdateURS, FRS & RTMto include the approved change requests
- Participate in project closure to prepare/ update project documents and lessons learned
- Update status periodically or when requested
- Propose innovative solutions using mocks and navigation documents
Leadership & Management
- Goodinterpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking and good decision-making abilities
- Expected to perform duties without direct supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management
Research
- Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education in BE/B Tech/MCA/BSc/M Tech - with a Computer Science/Studies
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Candidate should be trained in BA
