What you will do

• Data configuration and management through Zoho - CRM, Inventory, Analytics, Payroll, etc
  

• Understand business requirements for data analytics, design reports and dashboards and summary analysis
  

• Ensure teams are well trained in using data systems and analytic reports
  

• Track exceptions to ensure full compliance to systems
  

• Evaluate tools/extensions for specific business requirements which can easily integrate with current systems
  

What you will do

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related
  

• A minimum of 2+ year experience with Zoho apps, especially CRM and Analytics
  

• Ability to write Web API using Deluge and familiarity with databases(SQL Server, MySQL)
  

• An analytical mindset
  

• Good interpersonal skills
