Job Details
This is a supervisory position in quality management for Kantar Worldpanel Division Philippines. He/she reports to the Operations Head.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure statistical and operational quality of data by participating in tasks such as panel update, sample designs, impact and pick up analysis factor creation etc.
Deliver analysis and develop tools to improve operational processes Communicate with internal team and stakeholders on data quality related concerns
Monitor Operations KPI and providing value-add inputs.
Meet or exceed Quality KPIs and work with operations departments to deliver expected results by following the documented processes.
Deliver process discipline, consistency and continuously improve current performance management across assigned markets
Monitor and review Quality Assurance
Sample alignment with government published data
Coordinate with government agencies to monitor and control KWP sample
Close coordination with other Operations teams to achieve healthy sample
Monitor sample weights and distribution for accurate representation of population
Specific Roles
Statistical Skills:
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Computer Science with strong analytical and technical experience
Firm grasp of statistical tools to analyze and clean data
Knowledge in advanced excel and statistical software such as R, SPSS, Python is an advantage
2-3 years data science or market research experience
Communication Skills:
Works with internal clients to continually improve external client's service
Appropriately communicates client information and intelligence
Collaborates with relevant parties to deliver best solution
Able to communicate and present findings independently
Analytical Skills:
Excellent knowledge on tracking and continuous data and their applications with respect to Quality Control.
Conducts data investigations and reconciliations
Analyze impact of Operations processes and other factors on data
Innovation:
Use and help develop monitoring and reporting tools to impose quality.
Openness and willingness to new developments and methodology.
Feedback ideas and improvements to panel management.
Creative response to added-value projects.
Others:
Perform other functions as required by the Operations Head
