The position is responsible for customer coordination, providing dispatch details to customer,
circulate MIS report, Coordinate with FTWZ for maintenance of documents pertaining to Exports and
Imports, Timely completion of Labelling activity by FTWZ. Track Customer complaints and provide
timely response to customers. The position will work to ensure that the company meets its sales,
inventory, and customer service goals. Manage Customer Orders and Complaints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Key responsibilities will include the following:
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and ensure customer dispatch details are shared with
Distributors on Daily basis.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and ensure pending DN details are shared with
Commercial team on daily Basis.
• Track complaints & ensure timely resolution of the complaints.
• Doing Customer Visits/Attending Customer Calls along with Customer Service Team.
• Ensuring FTWZ/CHA is maintaining documents as per requirement.
• Coordinate with FTWZ for on time checking of Inbound Consignments.
• Coordinate with FTWZ for on time completion of Labelling activity.
• Review and Approve BOE Checklists submitted by FTWZ both for Import and Export
Shipments.
• Ontime clearance for FTWZ & Freight forwarder Bills.
• Submission of EXIM documents to Finance & take Signoff on Monthly Basis.
• Coordinate for Physical Inventory count and cycle count at FTWZ as per company Policy.
• E-way bill Generation
• Preparation of Label data, getting approval for Label preparation, approval for the release of
labels.
• Ensuring the given timeline is met for the preparation of labels.
• Overview of Labelling activity at FTWZ.
• Maintenance of sufficient label stock all the time.
• Placing of label orders with the approved label vendor.
