Responsibilities:
Daily reconciliation of production and supply chain activities
Preparing error-free invoices for works done and following up on key offices to ensure prompt payment
Maintaining electronic and physical records of Operatives for ease of payment of salaries and statutory remittance
Ensuring availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Operatives
Daily review of attendance register to ensure that shift plans are adhered to and Operatives do not exceed approved work hours.
General office administrative functions such as maintenance of first aid kit, supply of office materials, etc
Requirements
Requirements and skills
1 to 2 years of work experience as an Administration Officer.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Minimum of OND in any field
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work under pressure and with little or no supervision
Attention to details and ability to proffer solutions to issues on the spot
