Customer Operations Executive

We are hiring "Customer Operations Executive" for one of the UK based online marketplace which offers a refreshing new way to search for and order fresh, authentic, and healthy home-cooked food.!!!

Position: Customer Operations Executive

Below are details of the role:

The customer operations person will work alongside both internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient UK operations

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner over chat/email/phone

Proactively call customers to resolve any issues with their deliveries

Proactively call chefs to resolve any issues with their pick-ups

Manage stock levels, and ensure deliveries are dispatched on time through our 3rd party logistic supplier

Manage the working relationship with our suppliers

Monitor deliveries and hold our logistics provider accountable for any delayed/missed deliveries

Act as the operational contact between local operations, suppliers, and the last-mile delivery companies

Good communicator in spoken and written English

Able to work during UK business hours in a shifts

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of experience in operations support roles.

Strong computer skills required

Shift Timings:

1. 2pm Shift
2. 4pm shift
