Job Description :

• Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Involved in system design discussion with Head of Engineering.
• Involved in incident management, mainly in proactive and preventive initiatives.
• Drive technical projects.
• Contribute technically to the team by owning services, improving code quality, improving the development process, and building operational excellence.
• Work closely with the product management team and amp; business team on product requirements and review.

Requirements :

• Hands-on in Golang for at least 3 years
• At least 5 years of working experience as a backend engineer;
• Having experience as a manager is A MUST
• Strong technical skills
• Be able to handle OKR/ KPI
• Having knowledge of system architecture
• Fast learner and amp; good analytical thinking.
• Advanced knowledge in Go.
• Have exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale web applications.
• Have experience with distributed storage and database systems, including SQL or NoSQL.
• Have a systematic problem-solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Good communication skills, team player, and comfortable working with a cross-functional team.
• Have a passion for learning, improving, and contributing to projects with a strong sense.
