Job Description
- Research and analyze optimal product formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Manage research and product development activities.
- Making formulation to production scale for new and existing products.
- Responsible for sourcing new materials for new developments and alternatives for effective cost saving projects.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of formulations.
- Responsible for R&D documentation and administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree from reputable University with Food Science and Technology Food Science and Engineering and other related background.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industries covering functional and commodities ingredients
- Having deep knowledge of Food & Beverages such as raw material end products.
- Able to manage and communicate with Principal on product knowledge problem pricing and technical issue.
- Good communication skill in Indonesia and English Language.
