Multifinance Motor Business Development Head - Auto Motor Finance

Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  • Develop and manage relationships with motorcycle dealers to expand the motorcycle installment business.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with major motorcycle brands ensuring mutual benefits and growth.

• Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business partners and channels.
  • Promote a positive reputation of the finance product and brand within the motorcycle market.

• Market Expansion:

  • Continuously seek new opportunities to increase business production ensuring stable and sustainable growth.
  • Leverage market insights and trends to drive business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in any field.

• Experience:

  • 8 10 years in Business Development or Partnership roles within wellknown multifinance or automotive finance companies specifically handling new motorcycle loan products.
  • Experience at a Senior Manager level or higher.

• Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Extensive experience and market resources in the motorcycle industry particularly with Honda group.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage cooperation with major Honda dealers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
