Responsibilities
Change Coordinator Need ITIL/ITSM experience and knowledge towards change mgmt.
Hands on experience in Service now application (change module) as an admin level.
Change coordinator will focus on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, system and technologies.
Support business agile methods and readiness preparation scale change management across the organization.
Responsible for managing all aspects of IT changes.
Lead and facilitate CAB meetings with change network, program teams and stakeholders to ensure an understanding of the change impacts and mitigate the risk .
Facilitate Change management activities and process improvement with cross-functional team members to ensure the adoption of enterprise business transformations.
Assess change impacts and organizational readiness while ensuring roles, responsibilities, and decision making are clarified.
Coordinate and work with SME's/Change owners/other teams to resolve the issue.
Document the Change management processes and change plans.
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
