Job Description: Remote Wellness Coordinator

Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Wellness Coordinator to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing wellness programs for our remote workforce. This role requires a passion for promoting health and wellbeing as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs for remote employees
- Coordinate virtual fitness classes workshops and seminars
- Create and distribute educational materials on health and wellness topics
- Organize wellness challenges and competitions
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs
- Provide support and resources to employees seeking to improve their health
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Health Promotion Wellness or related field
- 2 years of experience in wellness program coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms
