Defining work strategies aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes and oversight of planning and of the work

Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies often working with senior management

Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs.

Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead large complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  
• Direct crossfunctional and/or crosssegment teams
  
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  
• Defining and managing project schedules resources and delivery commitments
  
• Managing Scrum standup meetings
  
• Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
  
• Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
  
• Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
  
• Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
  
• Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
  
• Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
  
  
  

Requirements

Skills

Must have

• Handson experience leading/managing computer migration projects or similar integration delivery initiatives (i.e.: integrations hardware replacements IT Service Managementbased approach etc.)
  
• Experience with tracking the project milestones deliverables and deadlines
  
• Knowledge of Project Management best practices procedures and standard methodologies (Waterfall & Agile (Scrum framework))
  
• IT infrastructure experience ideally with exposure to network / security / hosting
  
• Solid experience with MS Office
  
  

Nice to have

• PMP Cert is a plus
  
• SQL
  
• Supervisory experience

Required Skills: U.S. Citizenship Must have a current TS/SCI clearance Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability 2+ to 5+ years of directly relevant experience in information security Knowledge of Computer Network Defense (CND) policies, procedures, and regulations Knowledge of defense-in-depth principles and network security architecture Knowledge of boundary protection and enclaving Knowledge of authentication and access management technologies Knowledge of several of the following areas is required: Understanding of business security practices and procedures; current security tools available; hardware/software security implementation; different communication protocols; encryption techniques/tools; familiarity with commercial products, and current lab infrastructure technology Ability to serve as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations. Desired Skills: DHS experience Cybersecurity skills including threat hunting. Advanced knowledge of the RMF framework Experience working with ATOs Required Education: BS Information Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 4-6 years of information security experience.
