Position: Taiwanese HR Officer Type of Job: Back Office Location: Eastwood, Quezon City Salary: Php 85,000 Schedule: Dayshift (9am-6pm) Work Set-up: Work On-Site Requirements: Preferably basic English (for daily communication) Open for Native Mandarin speaker currently residing in Philippines, preferably Taiwanese Graduated from Human Resource-related courses Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft-platform applications Amenable to work in Quezon City. Can start as soon as possible Responsibilities: In charge of whole recruitment process for Taiwanese/ Mandarin vacancies, i.e. job post, resume screening, interview, job offer Deliver employee orientation Execute key HR processes, i.e. onboarding, exit management for Vietnamese employees. Serve as a main point of contact and manage the relationships with line/operation leaders Resolve any escalated employee issues and risks Other tasks as assigned.
