Description:
- Hands on Experience with the Informatica PowerCenter v10.x
- Familiar with ETL & Data Base Best Practices
- Sound Knowledge on SQL Queries
- Working knowledge on Shell Scripts
- Proven troubleshooting & issues resolution skills
- Ability to analyze & communicate root cause and resolution steps for ETL L2 & L3 issues
- Maintain and own incident management and resolution process
- Resolve incidents within defined SLAs
- Capable to implement preventive measures to avoid repetitive issues which in turn drive for permanent resolutions
- Desirable knowledge on multiple source & target system (like SAP / Salesforce / API etc.. )
- Sound knowledge on ETL Performance enhancement techniques (like PDO, Partition etc., )
- Good to have IICS / EDC knowledge
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Prioritize and take action to resolve incidents and requests reported by Users
- Identify the potential jobs with performance challenges and refactor to address performance issue
- Work with Project teams during ETL deployment process and review the ETL code to match the Industrial standards
- Communicate with stakeholders in case of delays or SLA breaches
- Responsible for Incident debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and resolve within SLA
- Owning end to end deployment process and provide update to Project team on successful execution
- Active participation in project KTs and guide the Development team to document the Runbook with required details
- Involve in ETL design / development reviews
- Responsible for continued system improvements to help reduce tech debt costs
- Address the emails with Prompt response time
- Perform periodic audit on environments in order to remove inactive jobs to maintain system stability
