Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations of five locations in the Southeast region.
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
- Prepare an annual budget schedule expenditures analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform profit and loss management prepare reports for upper management.
- Supervise develop and evaluate performance of employees.
- Effectively respond to clients needs and requests including analyzing data and producing reports.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and security standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in distribution/warehouse management required.
- Direct management/supervision experience required.
- Must be able to travel to different warehouse locations.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.

Qualification Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in on-site operations involving heavy equipment and OOG cargo. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics. Experience working with international shipments and customs procedures. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. English/Korean bilingual
