Warehouse Operations Team Manager Korean Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations of five locations in the Southeast region.
  
• Create and execute strategic plans to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
  
• Prepare an annual budget schedule expenditures analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
  
• Perform profit and loss management prepare reports for upper management.
  
• Supervise develop and evaluate performance of employees.
  
• Effectively respond to clients needs and requests including analyzing data and producing reports.
  
• Ensure adherence to health safety and security standards.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Experience in distribution/warehouse management required.
  
• Direct management/supervision experience required.
  
• Must be able to travel to different warehouse locations.
  
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
