What is your mission?
As a Client Support Champion, you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Who are we looking for?
HS Graduate (Old & New Curriculum)
With at least 2 years of solid BPO experience (international voice account)
At least 1-year blended account experience (voice, chat & email)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in IT Park, Cebu City
