Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets restocking toilet supplies vacuuming dusting and rearranging tables and chairs.
  • Report and return any properties found while rendering service
  • Report cases of property damage to supervisor
  • Work with a team of housekeepers/maintenance on each shift
  • Clean disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
  • Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
  • Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and replenishment of stocks
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Report turn in and log all lost and found items
  • Clean upholstered furniture
  • Perform detailed deep cleans when required
  • Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
  • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
  • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol
  • Assist Supervisor in establishing and maintaining all equipment tools supplies in stock inventories and logs


Requirements


  • Highschool graduate or any technical course level
  • Someone to help make our facility squeakyclean.
  • The ideal candidate is an energetic selfmotivated and dependable individual who wants to help provide clean and comfortable working spaces for employees and guests. Training will be provided.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client and coworker relations
  • Be able to take directions and follow instructions
  • Must be safety conscious
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • 24 hour availability for emergencies and as part of an oncall rotation.
  • Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
  • Must be willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule.
  • Must be amenable to report onsite either in our BGC or Makati Office
