Key task and responsibilities:
Managing all brand communications through online and offline channels delivering standalone projects and integrated campaigns tracking online and offline activities and delivering direct marketing through email and direct marketing
Strategic planning and delivery of all marketing activities in collaboration with the ESG Rec team members
Working with the leadership team to set and manage timely achievement of specific and tangible marketing targets to achieve business aims
Ensuring all marketing material has been proofread to a high standard prior to going live or to print
Website
Support continuous development execution and delivery of company s digital/online marketing strategy through company website
Input into planning and budgets
Track own website and other digital platform performance and Return on Investment
Proactive activity to deliver Search Engine optimisation
Ongoing improvement of website design usability content and conversion points
To identify new technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape in order to deliver communication and business objectives in most effective manner
Direct Marketing and Digital media
To regularly post digital media on appropriate platforms including LinkedIn to raise brand awareness and support customer and candidate acquisition
Editing and production of media and copy to establish ESG Rec and a Key Opinion Leader in the ESG Recruitment sector
To manage effective targeted direct mail and email campaigns through scheduling optimum segmentation and tracking
To provide realtime leads to consultants through email video social media and other platforms
To build the online community through identified social media channels ensuring a consistent message to external parties and driving applications and business to ESG Rec
To ensure engagement of internal staff to provide a consistent message and communication with the online community
To deliver state of the art novel and innovative social media initiatives to drive applications and engagement from the online community Budgets and monitoring
Tracking and strategic input
To collate manage and review ROI of all marketing activities and associated budgets on an ongoing basis reporting to the leadership team monthly on marketing performance. Leading to the suggestion of future plans
To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI
Other
Organisation management promotion and coordination of industryspecific events and conferences
Develop and maintain a system for monitoring competitor activity and product offerings to feed back to the Leadership team
Copy writing of marketing material to high standard of English usage and using appropriate journalistic style
To conduct regular relevant surveys with clients and candidates
Sales / Lead generation
Identification of qualified leads to support an efficient sales funnel
Inputting qualified prospect data into Recruitment CRM
Daily lead summary for Sales function to act upon
Direct client contact by phone email and or direct messaging to facilitate the introduction of the sales and delivery function
Relationship with others
Regular presentation of marketing initiatives to the leadership team in order to agree actions present progress options and provide updates on projects.
Participation in weekly teleconference
To maintain highly visible role with all internal stakeholders in order to ensure their engagement and buyin to marketing activities
Working in close collaboration with staff members to support marketing activities including but not limited to email campaigns job optimisation and video editing.
