Essential Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree preferred and diploma/certificate required in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field.
Experience Required:
At least 3 years of payroll compensation and benefits experience.
Indepth knowledge of Philippine payroll compensation and benefits regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Job Summary: As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing timekeeping payroll compensation statutory benefits thirdparty management and records management processes. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while continuously assessing and improving our compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market. Your proactive communication skills will help employees understand their compensation and benefits fostering a transparent and supportive work environment.
Essential Functions:
Oversee endtoend payroll administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage timekeeping payroll compensation and benefits processes.
Administer statutory benefits such as SSS HDMF and PHIC.
Handle thirdparty vendor resources and manage their billing.
Prepare and submit payrollrelated reports and respond to reconciliation requests.
Prepare and process yearend Alphalist.
Evaluate and compare compensation and benefits packages to market trends.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and revising HR payroll policies and procedures.
Provide training and assistance in interpreting payroll policies and procedures.
Communicate proactively with employees to clarify compensation benefits and payrollrelated queries.
Manage and maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
Other HR projects/tasks as assigned.
