Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The Automation Tester will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automation testing excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering highquality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industrystandard automation tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and cases.
Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects performance issues and areas for improvement.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of highquality software.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily standups and sprint reviews.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role
Handson experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices.
Strong programming skills in Java Python JavaScript or C#.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira TestRail HP ALM).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
