Responsibilities?
To troubleshoot through the use of open questions
To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.
Answer to, record consumer enquiries raised through free phone lines & emails and chats for customers.
Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database used by the client.
To ensure client complaints are dealt with high professionalism
To provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.

Requirements Languages must speak English, Polish
1 year of customer care experience is a plus but not mandatory
Job location is Greece to relocate to Greece is a must (Hiring company is covering your relocation)
