We are currently looking for Czech/SlovakSpeaking Content Moderators to join our team as part of an important social media project. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user content to ensure it complies with the platforms guidelines and policies. By identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content you will help create a safe and enjoyable experience for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Monitoring: Analyze and moderate various types of usergenerated content (including text images and videos) to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Enforcing Platform Rules: Detect and take appropriate action on content that violates policies such as offensive harmful or inappropriate material (e.g. hate speech harassment).
- Ensuring User Safety: Promote a positive online environment by addressing reported content violations promptly and ensuring quick resolution.
- Providing Feedback: Offer insights to improve content moderation tools procedures and policies based on realworld interactions.
- Language Expertise: Use your fluency in Czech or Slovak to ensure content is reviewed in the right linguistic and cultural context.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak: Native or nearnative command of Czech or Slovak with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English Proficiency: A good level of English is required for internal communication and team collaboration.
- Social Media Understanding: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and online trends.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully follow content moderation guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Critical Thinking: Able to make informed judgments regarding content that may violate platform rules.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
