Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with community standards.
- Identify flag and remove harmful inappropriate or abusive content.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve content moderation processes.
- Stay up to date with industry policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to handle any content escalation issues.
Requirements:
- Native Czech speaker with excellent comprehension and writing skills.
- B2level English to communicate effectively in an international work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Conditions:
- Location: Onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Contract: Permanent with a 6month probation period.
- Working Hours: Rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Relocation Support:
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
- Relocation Assistance: Airport pickup and real estate support with a housing allowance of up to EUR 350.
- Document Assistance: Help with necessary legal documents and permits.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 14 salaries paid annually.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
- Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
- Private Health Insurance provided.
