We are seeking dedicated DutchSpeaking Content Moderators to join our team for an international social media project. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating usergenerated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and platform policies. Working in a fastpaced environment you will help create a safer digital space for users worldwide.

Key Duties:

• Content Monitoring: Review and assess user submissions (such as posts videos images) to ensure they align with the platforms standards and regulations.
• Enforcing Guidelines: Identify and take action against inappropriate offensive or harmful content (e.g. violent material hate speech or harassment).
• Ensuring User Safety: Contribute to creating a positive and secure experience for platform users by resolving flagged content and handling violation reports efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Share insights and suggestions to enhance content moderation tools and processes based on your daily experiences.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Apply your Dutch language expertise to evaluate content within the proper cultural and linguistic context.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch: Native or nearnative fluency in Dutch with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English: Good command of English as it will be the working language within the team.
• Familiar with Social Media: Knowledgeable about leading social media platforms and online trends.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow guidelines closely and ensure that all content meets platform policies.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to assess content accurately and make informed decisions regarding policy violations.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
• Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
