- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least Five (5) years experience in Managerial / Assistant Manager position is required
- Background handling HR functions not limited to: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits/Timekeeping, Training & Organizational Development, Employee Grievances
- Extensive Knowledge on Labor Laws/relations is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be very keen on details Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Time Management Skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Must be a Resident of Cebu City
