Position: Mandarin Speaking Travel Specialist Salary: P35,000 Schedule: Shifting Industry: BPO Company Location: Makati City Duties: Respond to customers inquiries about bookings, travel promos and reservations thru email and chat. Ensures that the customers requests is handled in an appropriate and timely manner Responsible for handling and managing reservation and cancellations of bookings. Resolve and provide solutions for misplaced or denied bookings Requirements: Preferably Bachelors Degree holder of any field BPO Experience is a plus but not required Open for Fresh Graduates Open for Undergraduates Can speak, read and write Mandarin and English Recruitment Process (Online Process): Exam assessment Initial Interview Interview with Chinese Native (Language Assessment)
