Inside Sales Executive involve direct selling to the consumer or end user giving information about the application/packages/courses that are available.
Checking the users requirements if there is any kind of learning requirement
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate courses to make a sale;
Checking if the user is facing any kind of issues/problems in the application.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
cold calling with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Closing the minimum daily targets.
Sending the daily reports as prescribed and designed by management for smoother operations
The role is also responsible for providing timely updates to the organization on orders, payments and publishing reports required by management as and when required.
Skills Required
Should have min 0- 5 years experience in customer service/ Tele Sales / business Development (link removed)> Should have the ability to interact with B2C prospects.
Should have excellent communication skills.( English, Hindi).
Working knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word.
