Responsibilities:
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our E-commerce staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Team Management (Check Work Report, Assign Task to team)
- Looking after Online promotion, marketing and selling as well as managing the company's profile on online portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Own Website Etc.
- Formulate marketing plans and strategies to increase the company's business.
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Work closely with cross-functional Teams Like Product, Categories, Seller Marketing, Catalog
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Build and execute plans and innovation to drive growth.
- Be responsible for the ongoing management of the eCommerce platform & Teams
- Monitoring daily on-site performance to meet and exceed conversion
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales/ KPI reports to Directors
- Ensure all available products are online and have up-to-date accurate info
- Hands-on management of day-to-day Ecommerce channels and trading of websites and driving KPIs to increase performance and accelerate Ecommerce growth with the assistance of the Ecommerce team.
- Identify areas/team/department of underperformance and develop strategies to improve
- eBay brand and eBay advertising knowledge, Coupons, and promotion knowledge
- Coordinate with people at E-commerce companies for day-to-day operations (like deals promotions)
- Customer inquiry satisfaction and give Quotes as per there Inquiry.
- Maintaining reports in MS Excel.
- Accountable for PL, achieving margin and revenue.
- Posting the Product on different eCommerce websites.
- Catalogue management
- Category wise posting.
- Online sales
- Social Media Knowledge
Skills Requ ired:
- 4 - 6 years of overall work experience in eCommerce Managerial work with Expertise in EBAY AND AMAZON PLATFORMS (Required)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrable ability to work under pressure to the highest standards at all times
- Must handle a fast pace environment and committed to meet the set deadline
- Strong project and program management ability and very good in analytics
- A positive attitude to change and flexibility, ability to think critically and problem solve
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, Agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously with top level of accuracy
- Experienced with Multi-Channel Account Management. (Amazon Seller/Flipkart/eBay/Etsy/Online website).
- Strong analytical mindset to keep on track of web performance and be able to feedback performance to senior leaders, whilst already having resolutions to any challenges.
- Line management experience of managing a team is essential.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Helium 10 platform, and Order Management systems identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve
- Must know the process involved in online selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including MS Word, Excel (vlookups, Pivots & Excel Shortcuts.)
- A proactive approach is a must as you will need to chase people and tasks to completion not wait to be chased.
