Job Description

Have you had 2+ years experience working with one of the major BPO or as a VA?

Embark on a new career working with a Plumbing & Gasfitting maintenance company located in New York, USA to help support their increasing administrative load as their business grows.

We are about growth and development, so we are looking for entrepreneurs who enjoy creating, designing and helping to build our operations and support environment to help not only our clients but your colleagues and the success of the business.

With our business growth, we are looking for aCustomer Service Administratorto join the team, handling emails, phone calls, booking and managing client jobs and general administration

This is a work-from-home role open to qualified applicants in the following areas: Cebu

About the Role
  • Answering general phone calls, emails and social media.
  • Booking, Scheduling & Managing Jobs
  • Assisting with Ordering
  • General Administrative Tasks
  • Role may require other tasks to be completed as directed by the client
  • The role will require a Philippine Night Shift - US Eastern Time


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a position as a VA or experience in the BPO industry.
  • High attention to detail, positive attitude and be a self-starter
  • Excellent English communication skills, including advanced written and spoken;
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines; and
  • Demonstrated experience in developing a high standard of high volume correspondence and administration.
Work From Home Requirements
  • Modern PC - Intel i3 or above, min 4GB ram (preferably 8GB)
  • USB Headset
  • Internet speed of 25mbps or above with Fibre Optic Connection
