Job Description

A rapidly developing FinTech company, with a no corporate bs approach, is looking for fresh new talent to join our amazing sales and marketing team. We expect you to have a general understanding of how API works, understand a sales funnel, know the difference between CPC and CPL, be able to setup S2S tracking and know, how a postback works. Previous work experience in affiliate marketing and fintech is a plus

Tasks

Helping in recruiting affiliates, negotiating deals, managing the sales funnel and flow and ensuring affiliates get paid. Main daily tasks are

  • Manage the existing partners
  • Recruit new partners
  • Manage the onboarding process

Requirements

  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Foreign languages are a plus, including (but not limited to) Russian, Brasilian, Spanish, French and Romanian
  • Experience in Digital Sales / Affiliate Marketing
  • Be patient with repetitive tasks
  • General understanding of sales operations
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus
