Purpose of the role:
As a Recruiter your role will focus on finding the right talent and building teams for the Bombay Group.Youll be handson in recruiting for various positions across the Bombay Club Burman Hotel and Chesterfield Poker Club. Your responsibilities will be:
Taking full ownership of the endtoend recruitment process (including headhunting) for Bombay Club and The Burman Hotel and supporting recruitment across the Bombay Group as needed.
Collaborate with managers on all recruitmentrelated matters providing guidance and expertise.
Work with the Talent Acquisition and the rest of thePeople team to develop and implement strategies that attract the right talent from the best channels and resources.
Drive employer branding initiatives encourage our people to become brand ambassadors and support organizing employer branding events and activities.
Utilize our ATS system TeamTailor for all recruitment activities. Ensure data accuracy provide reports to key stakeholders and maintain the system efficiently.
Create an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates and the hiring team.
Build relationships and actively network with people in the hospitality industry to build a talent pipeline.
Train and advise managers on recruitment and selection best practices throughout the recruitment process.
Engage in other People Team projects as required.
Represent and promote Bombay Groups culture and values in all recruitment activities.
Key skills & experience:
2 years handson experience with fullcycle recruitment in hospitality and/or casino industry.
Proven track record of headhunting and building effective sourcing strategies.
Experience with largescale mass recruitment projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Estonian labor market and ways to attract local talent is fundamental. Global recruitment experience is a huge plus.
Fluent in written and verbal English and Estonian.
Strong project management excellent communication and networking skills.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks with excellence even under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excitement about new trends in recruitment and employer branding eager to try out new ideas and practices.
