We are looking for enthusiastic customer support agents. From a great office in Portugal, you will be providing support via email, chat, social media and phone. By troubleshooting technical queries and responding efficiently to customer questions you will ensure stellar user experience.

- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Experience working in customer service and fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Native Dutch and English C1;
- Have a passion for new and innovative technologies
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service excellence
