Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts (MonSun) between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM (Schedule to be confirmed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a German Customer Support Representative to ist customers via live chat email and occasional inbound calls. You will be responsible for identifying customer issues troubleing and doenting resolutions. This role involves staying updated with client policies and providing exceptional service while adhering to KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries via phone email or chat
- Trouble and resolve issues related to navigation tools and streaming platforms
- Doent actions taken and categorize cases/possible bugs
- Stay updated on client policies especially regarding policy safety and copyright management
- Trouble issues like video playback membership and account bugs
- yze data and trends to provide valuable insights and report on key performance indicators

Location:
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: From 14000EUR/year
- Monthly Salary: 1402EUR benefits
- Fixed Language Premium Bonus: 235EUR/month
- Meal Allowance: 7.63EUR per workday (net paid via meal card)
- Transportation Bonus: 720EUR/year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary

Contract Details:
- Training Contract: 1 month
- Main Contract: 1 year FixedTerm Contract (FTC) with a 30day probation period
Relocation Support:
For candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal:
- Bureaucratic support for NIF and NISS acquisition

- Relocation bonus: 2500EUR (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle
For candidates within Portugal (more than 100km away from Lisbon):
- Relocation bonus of 1000EUR Gross
