Job Responsibilities:
First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambador. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our clients customers needs aiming to provide an excellent service.
ist viewers through phone chat and emails regarding different queries.
Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.
Provide technical support and trouble of system configurations and network settings.
Provide accurate and realtime responses to the viewers inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
Requirements:
C2 level in French and intermediate English
